This hotel ticks all the boxes for a great stay. the location is superb - right in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by lively streets but surprisingly quiet inside. Secondly, the staff are excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with thoughtful details like good quality hairdryers and an abundance of amenities such as coffee and tea. The breakfast spread is also impressive, offering a great start to the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It was close to many restaurants and attractions. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and the wait staff was very attentive.

The stairs were steep and there was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry luggage and climb up to the room. the WiFi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel, making it hard to stay connected.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the family room was incredibly spacious and clean, easily accommodating four people. The Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond to provide a delicious breakfast, even with the buffet being suspended. The homemade breads and marmalade were simply outstanding! Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city center.

The rooms were spacious and offered decent amenities. The breakfast was good and restaurant staff was very friendly.

The air conditioning in the room was not efficient and we were constantly sweating. The steep stairs were a bit of a challenge, especially carrying our luggage.
